This stunning 2 bedroom loft is located steps away from Old San Juan, the beach and Condado. Recently remodeled bathrooms! The unit is impeccably furnished and fully stocked. The master bedroom has a King bed while the second bedroom has two new Queen beds. The unit is located in the Atlantis condominium with access to dedicated parking and a gym. You won't be disappointed!

The space
ModLoft is located within the Atlantis Condominium in San Juan. The location could not be more central, just steps away from Old San Juan on the west, and about a 10 minute walk from Condado on the east. Atlantis has been recently built and features a concierge attended lobby and a fully equipped gym on the 2nd floor.

We have 2 large room dehumidifiers installed with automatic water drainage to keep you comfortable during your stay.

We also have an LED Lamp and large mirror available to make sure you capture that perfect vacation photo.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire space. You can either use a door code or physical key to enter the condo.

Other things to note
Please note this is a Residential building and NOT A HOTEL. Families reside and have their normal lives, while you vacation. Be respectful and follow the rules of the building for a harmonious co-living.

Concierge is there for the general security of the building, he does not know any details of the apartments, nor has towels or extra pillows.

• Estadio Sixto Escobar - Multi-purpose stadium with a running track

• Balneario del Escambrón - One of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. The water is calmer because the rocks break the waves of the Atlantic. It's perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
