Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, gardens, patios, and private parking - excluding the owner's carport storage room, the housekeeper's hall closet, and the upper cabinets in the laundry room.

The hot tub is available for your enjoyment; however, please use it responsibly, as we are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the entrances. These do NOT monitor any social or gathering areas.
A noise monitoring device is installed to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. It does NOT record conversations.
