Our newly built studio apartment offers open plan living, located within a 5 minutes drive of the beautiful town of Woodhall Spa, edging the Lincolnshire Wolds. Woodhall Spa is regarded as one of Lincolnshire’s most attractive villages, for its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Whether you’re looking for a base to explore the many walking/cycling trails, such as the famous Viking way or visit one of the many welcoming coffee shops/restuarants the surrounding villages has to offer.
The space
Newly built spacious studio offering open plan living accommodation for guests, with rural views in a quiet location on the edge of Woodhall Spa.
With a main Kingsize bed, and a sofa bed which can be used as a single or twin bed for another double bed option.
Full kitchen facilities including microwave, oven, induction hobs, fridge, wine fridge and coffee machine (coffee pods included).
Also having the luxury of full access to a private hot tub. Towel robes are provided for each individual (adults) guest for use of the hot tub.
Guest access
Access to all areas upstairs. No access to garage downstairs or main property.
Other things to note
Please note we do not accept pets. Also, there is no wheelchair access as there are stairs to access the accommodation.
