Our prime location is only steps aways from Isla Verde beach and offers easy access to nearby hotels, casinos, and a variety of restaurants. Marvera is our treasured home away from home! We took the leap and decided to purchase this condo for a multitude of reasons. Primarily, we craved a cozy haven in Puerto Rico that we could call our own. We wanted a place to retreat to when visiting family and reconnecting with our roots. In our efforts to create a personal sanctuary, we poured our hearts into remodeling and ensuring it was a good space for our little family of four. Because we will not be staying in the condo long term we decided to open the doors for people that want an immersive journey into the enchanting island of Puerto Rico. We welcome guests who will take care of this space as if it were their own and treat it with the same tenderness we do.
** THE BUILDING **
Marbella del Caribe is a residential building built in 1977. It has two towers (West and East) with 19 floors. Decor and ambience was inspired by old San Juan and the streets of Spain. Our condo is located on the second floor in the West tower with a full beachfront view. The West tower will be painted and remodeled in 2024, we still do not know the exact dates but as soon as I have more information I will update the listing. This should not affect the amenities of the building. Lastly, I hope you enjoy the charm of the 70’ architecture that Marbella del Caribe still has to offer. A a full-size mattress, offers a cozy spot for relaxation or extra sleeping space for two guests. Entertainment is at its best with a smart 55" 4K TV and a Bluetooth portable speaker, perfect for movie nights or listening to your favorite tunes. Step out to the balcony, where two spacious chairs and a bench await, inviting you to unwind and savor the beachfront view.
KITCHEN + FREE BREAKFAST
Step into our recently remodeled kitchen, adorned with sleek quartz countertops and an abundance of cabinet space, this modern kitchen is both functional and stylish. Prepare delicious meals with ease using the electric cooktop and find everything you need at your fingertips, from a full-size fridge to a convenient microwave. Kickstart your mornings with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, courtesy of the Keurig coffee maker, and toast to perfection using the toaster provided. We've thoughtfully equipped the kitchen with all the essential utensils, plates, cups, mugs, and more, ensuring your dining experience is nothing short of delightful.
In the kitchen you can also find one complementary coffee pods (Starbucks, Alto Grande and decaffeinated) and a variety of tea options.
BEDROOM

Step into serenity as you draw the blackout curtains, creating a peaceful ambiance for rejuvenating slumber. A full-size closet and a full-size mirror complete the space.
BATH
The recently renovated single bathroom was designed with your comfort in mind. We've thoughtfully provided all the essentials, from clean towels, shampoo and conditioner to body and hand soap, ensuring a refreshing and pampering experience. The bathroom also features a water heater to provide you with a warm and comforting shower.
AMENITIES
* The condominium offers a 24/7 security guard, an inviting pool, playgrounds, gazebos, basketball court, and outdoor BBQs. There is also a coined-operated washer and dryer on the first floor.
* Marvera comes equipped with linen, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, cooler, board games, steamer for clothes and hair dryer.
* High-speed internet connection, self check-in with a smart lock system and smart 4K TV's.
* We only provide limited disposable amenities based on how many days you plan to stay which include: linen, bath/beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, tea, garbage bags, body/hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
* It is the responsibility of our valued guests to use amenities responsibly during their stay. There are plenty of shops across the street if you need more things. Should you need any additional amenities or have any questions, please feel free to reach out and we will be more than happy to assist you.
PARKING
For guests with small compact cars or SUVs, an assigned underground parking space is ready for your vehicle, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Should your vehicle not fit the criteria, no need to worry, as there is public parking available just across the street, providing a convenient alternative for all guests.
MOST IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES THAT MAY INCUR IN A FINE
*** NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING AND IN THE PROPERTY of any kind is allowed and that includes the balcony. (NO vaping, e-cigarettes, marihuana, hookah, etc). We enforce this rule with the highest FINE if not followed and you will be immediately expelled from the property.
*** Our check-in and checkout times are thoughtfully designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Check-in time is set at 4:00 PM, providing us with ample time to prepare the apartment and have it in pristine condition for your arrival. Similarly, our checkout time is set at 11:00 AM. By adhering to this time, it allows us to promptly prepare the apartment for our incoming guests and maintain the high standard of cleanliness and quality that we strive to provide. We kindly ask our guests to respect these designated times as a courtesy to both our team and other guests. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we always aim to be flexible whenever possible.
*** Only registered guests are allowed in the property. Guests are not allowed to have visitors unless approved by the property owner.
*** Do not hang clothes, towels, mops or any other artifact on the balcony railings. Please use the provided area for hanging wet clothes/towels.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
** Check-out time is at 11:00 am.
** Lock doors and windows.
** Take out trash to the waste room.
** Turn off lights, A/C or any electronics.
** Leave keys, fobs and garage remote on the table.

Other things to note
** Once the booking is confirmed we will send a short term rental agreement that will have to be signed by the adult responsible for the reservation.
** The entrance of the condo is monitored by an outdoor doorbell camera for access control and emergencies. The camera points to the hallway and records audio/visual when motion is detected. The recordings will be deleted after the guest's departure. No other cameras are present on the property. The condominium does have cameras in public areas (lobby, parking, outdoors, pool) for security purposes.
