This residence is part of the boutique Commodore Club, an intimate poolside waterfront retreat on Marco Island. Thoughtfully renovated, the property blends classic coastal charm with modern comforts. With just 34 private residences in a low-rise setting, guests enjoy a quiet, uncrowded summer atmosphere—perfect for poolside lounging, bay views, and easy beach days.
Its well-kept, plush, green grounds and native foliage are exceptionally welcoming. The surrounding amenities include recently renovated pickle ball/tennis courts, a spacious boat dock, with access to a heated pool and a traditional poolside chickee hut, perfect for shaded lounging and relaxed island gatherings. It's also within easy walking distance to public beach access.
The property is located on Caxambas Bay which does not allow boat lifts. This is very RARE for the area. As a result, our guests LOVE the unobstructed beautiful views of the bay from within and around the unit!
This is a safe location. Guests often enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, jogging, bike riding, or eating out with friends and family!
ABOUT THE UNIT
This cozy 1,202 square foot unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in the 2 king size beds, 2 guests can be comfortable in the living room on a queen size extra thick air mattress. There is a kitchen, living room, bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a private screened-in balcony. For your convenience, we provide basic consumable toiletries for use during your stay.
As mentioned above, this unit does NOT have any steps. Designated Parking (1 parking spot)is also located directly across from the front door.
LIVING ROOM:
Relax in your living room after a long day on the water in any of your seating option- a large couch or comfortable sitting chairs. Watch a movie with friends on your smart TV equipped with Fire TV to log in and stream your personal tastes as you unwind for the night.
DINING ROOM
The living room is open to the attached dining room. Enjoy a meal with family and friends around the large table with seating for 6. This is also a great location for game night!
KITCHEN
As you enter your fully stocked kitchen area, you will find a coffee maker with coffee to get you started during your stay. Air fryer, crock pot, blender and other extras are available. The pass-through window to the dining room doubles as a bar seating area for 2. Sit and enjoy appetizers as the chef of the group fixes a tasty dinner for you to enjoy!
BEDROOM ONE
Relax and unwind in your comfortable king-size bed as you watch your favorite show on your smart ROKU TV equipped with Amazon FireTV to stream you favorite streaming accounts. You will love the convenience of the attached bathroom with spacious walk in shower. There is plenty of storage for you to unpack and utilize during your stay in the full size walk in closet.
BEDROOM TWO
The spacious second bedroom features two single beds. These beds are configured to a comfortable King bed as you watch your favorite show on your smart ROKU TV equipped with Amazon FireTV to stream you favorite streaming accounts. Enjoy the natural light that filters through the large window or close the blinds when you are ready for some privacy. Large walk in closet and nearby private bath.
LAUNDRY
Planning to stay a while? Take advantage of your full-size in-unit washer and dryer. You can conveniently wash your towels and clothing here throughout your stay.
LANAI
Grab your morning (or evening coffee) and head out to the screened-in lanai just off the living room. You will LOVE the view of the bay. Quickly access the heated pool and manicured lawn from the ground floor patio door or sit and relax as you take in the calming scenery.
