The space
Take a dip in your private heated pool and hot tub! Take your grilling to the next level with an outdoor kitchen. Watch a game on the outdoor TV with upgraded speaker system. Soak in some incredible Arizona views… As you lay in the loungers above the pool, you are surrounded in desert terrain - not nosy neighbors. Enjoy a breathtaking view of Red Mountain. Inside, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, clean/comfortable beds, and so much more!
The master suite has a stylish king bed, TV, Bose sound, a spacious tub, large tile shower and a giant walk in closet.
The two bedrooms on the opposite end have comfortable queen beds that are separated by a hallway with a bathroom in the middle. The rooms feel private and serene, with lots of natural light and views. They are equipped with light filtering shades and plenty of storage space for belongings.
The den has a comfortable queen memory foam sofa sleeper, as well as an optional high quality queen air mattress with built-in pump. (Also fits easily in master closet.)
The bedrooms have modern fandoliers - crystal chandeliers with a ceiling fan that pops out from the top, operated by remote control. The beds are all very comfortable with crisp, clean white sheets - we want to be sure you get your beauty rest!
Security:
- There are NO cameras on inside of house or any that can view inside the house or on the back patio/pool/tub area. The only security cameras are on the side gate of the house facing away, and 2 on the front of the house facing the road.

The home has a circular driveway and private garage parking. Located just a couple minutes from shopping, hiking, and restaurants.
We recommend securing a rental vehicle during your stay, as we cannot guarantee public transportation options at all times.

Wanna jump into the pool? Request to have the pool heated during your stay! If pool heat is desired, it will be heated for the entire length of the stay. The decision to use pool heat does not have to be decided at time of booking, it can be decided any time prior to guest arrival (with at least 3 days advance notice, please).
The pool will be heated up to 85 degrees.
This is a large pool. It is very expensive to heat. It's in the wide open desert.
The cost of heating the pool varies by month:
$100 per day

No pool heater available in these months (cold plunge months??)

Sadly, it is simply not outdoor swimming season during these months. It would cost $250+ per day to heat the pool due to the loss of heat during the colder winter nights. Even If heated, an 85 degree temperature may not be able to be maintained.
