Studio Piccolo is a small loft decorated in a vintage and contemporary style. You will also discover some art and ceramics. This space is located in the courtyard of an old 18th century palace. A table is available outside. The local market, the two pretty beaches of Ortigia and the Marina are a 5-minute walk away as well as many restaurants and bars. This accommodation is designed for two people. Please read the additional information carefully.

The space
Studio Piccolo is set over two levels.
The kitchen, fully equipped is open and overlooks the living room.
The bathroom is, of course, independent.
Bedroom and workspace are located above. The room is equipped with a dressing room also offering space to drop off your suitcases during your stay.
A table is available in the courtyard allowing you to also take your meals outdoors.

Guest access
Only you will have access to the whole studio during your stay.
The courtyard remains a common space of which we are the main users.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Lo Studio Piccolo is located in a former palace protected by UNESCO, the new regulations in force no longer make it possible to install a classic air conditioning system.
You will therefore find an electric fan (high-end ceiling fan) above the sleeping area as well as a mobile air conditioning system and always, a high-end booster fan, if the rest is not sufficient.

We ask our guests not to make too much noise after 11 p.m. in order to respect our neighborhood. Strictly no smoking is allowed inside.
