To us, it represents a home designed for rest, connection, and appreciation of the surrounding landscape.

The space
This property listing is for both the main house and the villa.

Main house includes all the comforts of home, which include, but are not limited to: guest and staff kitchens, two dining areas with space to set up an additional table with chairs, spacious and airy living areas, etc.

The villa has its own complete kitchen and dining area, and an entertainment room that can be converted into a bedroom.

Notes on occupancy:
Main house maximum capacity without charge is 18 pax, with additional 2 pax for a fee of ₱1500 each per night of stay.
Villa maximum capacity without charge is 10 pax, with additional 2 pax for a fee of ₱1500 each per night of stay.
Extra person charges shall be settled upon check in.

Absolute maximum occupancy, including children and staff, is 32 pax
Strictly 20 pax for the main house and 12 pax for the villa
