We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Pros : The host is very responsive and friendly as well as the caretaker. The unit/house itself is really spacious that the pictures posted did not justify how large the spaces are. The swimming pool is just the right size for us and I love how private the location is. We really enjoyed our stay and neighborhood is so peaceful na kami na lang ata maingay, but Wala nmn magreklamo. Cons : Mdjo mahina Ang water esp sa 2nd floor so the comfort room upstairs was not realy utilized. For safety purposes, I would recommend to change the tiles Nung sa likod going to the pool since napakadulas when wet, and sa restroom. or pwde mag lagay ng floor matting. We had two incidents na nadulas kaht careful nmn naglalakad. Buti nalng Hindi nakatamad Yung ulo. Overall, space is pet-friendly for free which is a plus and, they let us extend for 2 hrs as well- no charge and an additional refund of PHP 500 because of the water issue.

Our stay here is absolutely amazing. The kids and the adults enjoyed their pool so much. The location is peaceful and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Sir Bernard is responsive to our needs. The place was clean; the kitchen was super. Everything we need, this place can provide.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Ms. Ana’s place was wonderful! She was very kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us to bring our pets without any additional charge—as long as we acted as responsible pet owners, which we truly appreciated. She welcomed us with a warm smile and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Overall, it was definitely worth the stay, and we would happily book again in the future. Thank you so much, Ms. Ana, for your hospitality and generosity!

We rented the place to celebrate my son's 7th bday and we had a blast. The kids loves the place of course because of the pool and we are hapoy that water is changed everyday. We also felt secured because of the 24/7 cctv for our security. Special thank you to Kuya Darryl and he is just one phone call away for things that we need. Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. 5 stars isn’t enough! Of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one is hands-down the best. The villas are modern, beautifully designed, and offer the perfect amount of privacy. From the moment we arrived, everything felt premium—absolutely worth every penny. You truly get what you pay for, and more. We honestly didn’t want to leave. The bonfire setup was such a vibe—we loved the s'mores so much we ended up ordering two more buckets of firewood just to keep the mood going. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the caretakers went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Even before we left, our friends were already asking about the place—and we’ll be recommending it to everyone! The kids (and kids at heart) had the time of their lives—101% fun! We also appreciated the well-equipped gym. Without a doubt, we’ll be back!

It's larger than we expected! Since we brought our kids with us, they had enough space to play around. We are only 8 but can accom more actually! 😅 Our barkada did his proposal here, too! So this will be one of the places they'll go back to in the future for sure. Yvette is very responsive even the caretaker, nice and approachable. One thing that we noticed though, is that the burner can perform better, it's too exposed kaya hinahangin not suitable for outdoor setting aksayado sa gas. But the rest is superb. Thank you so much!

Anthony’s place feels feels like home. The surrounding is peaceful, lots of things to do like swimming, basketball or tennis. The subdivision is clean and lots of green around which is very relaxing if you need some time to unwind, and rest. The space is clean and everything you need is available. He is also very responsive and considerate. The place is near supermarket and restaurants. We would like to stay in his place again :)

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was every bit as beautiful and charming as we imagined 😍 Truly a gem that exceeded our expectations. From the thoughtfully designed interiors to the peaceful ambiance, everything made us feel right at home. Ms. Hazel and Ate Let were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special. It’s clear that a lot of love went into creating this space. While there are a few areas that could benefit from a little maintenance, they were minor and didn’t take away from the comfort or magic of our time here. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and grateful! We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others!

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

Great place, close to all the attractions, not that far because we we're on a motorbike. All the instructions from the host we're clear. The place is the same as in the pictures, very convenient because there is a kitchen and the internet is fast. If we comeback to Tagaytay, we will book here again since it is affordable and worth it to stay.
