The space
Slip away to our charming, plant-filled 700 sq. ft. loft studio, a private retreat upstairs above our garage (attached to our 1966 ranch). Soak under the stars in the year-round hot tub, linger in the vintage claw foot tub, and enjoy seasonal dips in the in-ground pool (June 1–Sept 1). Curl up by the indoor gas fireplace (Oct–May) or sip wine by the outdoor fire pit.

Guest access
Please park in the street. Use the side garage door to enter. There is a set of stairs in the garage (6) and to the loft (8). You have access to our shared dining room, back yard that includes; hot tub, pool, horseshoe pit, BBQ charcoal grill, and patio area. You may also use our washer/dryer in the garage.

Other things to note
Shared amenities: The hot tub and pool are shared with us (your on-site hosts). We’re nearby if you need anything, and otherwise give you space for a peaceful stay.

Dog on premises: Our sweet Blue Heeler/Lab mix may bark hello at first but warms up quickly. She is very aggressive towards small animals and is why we can't host them.

House rules: All guests and visitors must be included in the reservation. Parties and unregistered guests aren’t permitted; additional fees may apply for violations.

City license: Fully compliant and licensed with the City of Lawrence (STR-18-00043).
