26 ft private Dock (not a shared Dock), fire pit, outdoor seating, Panoramic View of Moosehead from the Porch, Gas cooking Stove, Snowmobile into back yard from the Lake. Turn around in the parking lot with trailers. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, Black Top road access (your vehicle will not get muddy).

Over half acre lot is yours. All yours! Plenty of turn around room for trailers.
