The island breeze from the 4 balconies add amazing ambience to this bright, airy, fun condo. Enjoy treetop views of the island with your morning coffee, cool off in the new pool, & soak up the stargazing opportunities on the rooftop deck.

This is the perfect home base to explore the island with a 5 min walk to the seawall, restaurants, & shopping.

The space
As you arrive you’ll be greeted by the spacious living area that has been thoughtfully designed for your entire group to relax and enjoy together. You will sink into the comfortable sofa and enjoy the cross winds coming from all the windows and balcony doors.

The kitchen is complete with new appliances and a nice working triangle with plenty of counter space. You will be able to enjoy meals together while gathering around the dining table. You will also find additional comfortable seating at the kitchen’s large bar-top peninsula.

The two bedrooms are both ready for a great nights sleep featuring nice linens, curtains, plenty of closet storage, ceiling fans, bedside fans, and their own AC systems! (However, with the island breezes AC is rarely needed!)

The two bathrooms feature stylishly tiled designs and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus the double sinks in the master bathroom makes getting ready for the day’s adventure a breeze.

The proximity to the seawall is a short five minute walk. You’ll find yourself soaking up the character of Cozumel on the way.

After a fun day of on/in the water, exploring, or at the pool you won’t want to miss heading up to the rooftop deck to enjoy relaxing with beverages and-of course-the breathtaking sunset!

Also note, the roof top deck is a shared space for the five units in the complex (known as Casa Colibri) so it will be a fabulous way to meet fun people who spend a lot of time on the island and other guests visiting as well!

And don’t forget you will have four balconies to yourself! They are located off the living room, dining area, master bedroom, and the guestroom.

Other things to note
• 🌊🌊Feel free to send me a message if you are looking for a longer term stay. We offer especially great deals over the summer months! 🌊🌊

• La Dulce Vida is our condo located in a five unit complex known as Casa Colibri. A modern white and yellow building on the corner.

• If you have a vehicle please let me know. We have one parking spot with in the complex gates. There is also street parking available.

• There are stairs and an elevator for you to use. When using the elevator press number 3 to get up to La Dulce Vida. You will see the sign to know you have arrived! Fun fact: the elevator came from Italy, so it has an Italian numbering system. It starts with "PB" (for Planta Baja aka street level) and the numbers go up from there.

• Use the fan remote controls on the wall to turn the lights and fans off/on and to adjust the speed. The wall switches labeled “Fan” must be turned on for the fans and lights to work.

• There are laundromats nearby. (Our own washer and dryer for La Dulce Vida will be coming soon!)

•Please latch the entry gates behind you as they do not close on their own.
