This bohemian Private Suite Apartment is located in one of Puerto Rico’s last centennial historic communities. Enjoy an entire private apartment designed to accommodate a maximum of four people, fully equipped queen bedroom with a/c and a full-sized futon bed in the living room also with a/c unit. You’ll always have clean pillows and the highest quality bed sheets. A fully equipped kitchen with complementary welcome refreshments awaits, along with a full bathroom with hot water, HDTV, Roku, Netflix, original art decoration and a private terrace. This is one-of-a-kind private and central property where you can easily walk or drive to shopping malls, beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, marinas, hotels and day trip adventures.

LA CENTRAL VILLA is located in one of the private gated communities with controlled access in Fajardo. You’ll be provided all the access information with your booking. Free private parking on site. From this location you can walk to old town Fajardo where you can shop at quaint and unique locals, including shopping for apparel, shoes, jewelry and local gastronomy, as well as legendary bars, cafes, and enjoy a public art route of amazing murals painted by local and international artists. The old town also has a beautiful public square featuring the Santiago Apostol Catholic Cathedral, one of the oldest religious building in Puerto Rico dating from 1776. Drugstores and health facilities are just around the corner. Just a few minutes drive away, enjoy more bars, restaurants, marinas, stunning beaches and water adventure tours like our world-renowned bioluminescence bay just 10 to 15 minutes.
