Convenient to shopping, restaurants, Boardwalk, Lake &more. Plenty of covered parking. Even an EV charger! Open floor plan, outdoor shower, resort quality bed&bath linens provided. The space
This brand new 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse is a stunner! The open floor plan offers plenty of room for our guests to relax and enjoy themselves. The natural light, stylish decor and attention to detail will have you never wanting to leave (except to take that short, two block walk to the beach, of course!) We supply all bed and bath linens as well as starter supplies of all household sundries like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags and cleaning supplies. You will need to pack all personal toiletries as those are not provided.
There are two balconies. The one off the living room faces the Atlantic Ocean and is perfect to enjoy coffee and the sunrise. The west facing balcony off the kitchen overlooks the pool and courtyard area.
A beach cart is located downstairs for guests to use as well as an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after beach time. There is a convenience store one block away that you can hit on your way to the beach to stock up on all your beach snacks and drinks.

Guest access
The whole place is yours with the exception of locked owner's closets in the third bedroom and upstairs hallway. There is also a locked closet downstairs in the carport.

Other things to note
Per our HOA and House Rules, Guests may not have visitors use the pool/Pickleball/common area at Social on 2nd. Guests agree to follow this and all other posted rules regarding parking and common area amenities including pool hours and adult supervision of all minors. No smoking/vaping at the pool or clubhouse. Guests agree to respect Quiet Hours so as not to disturb other residents and guests. No pets allowed in the condo or in the common areas. (These rules are all posted inside the condo with the pool key. Please read them upon check in).

NO climbing on the carport or balconies, (Can't believe I actually had to add this rule but yes, it happened).

Do not apply hair color or self-tanners inside the house. They can and will stain the towels/bedding and you may be charged a replacement fee. We provide black make up washcloths for guests to use.

Willful disregard and violation of these rules can and will result in the termination of your stay with no right to a refund.

Neighborhood highlights

The condo is only 2 blocks to the Spartenburg public beach access. A Scotchman convenience store is one block from the condo. You are only 3 blocks south of the CB Lake and start of the central business district where you will find loads of restaurants, shops, the vintage Boardwalk, rides & arcade.
