The Songwriter Suite at Holla Holler music venue. This historic 1930's building space is a music venue/ listening room when not rented out to travelers on Airbnb.

The Studio Suite has 3 beds and sleeps up to 5 people comfortably.

There is a stage with a 40 seat capacity. It has state-of-the- art Bose audio, lights and guitars. *Events are fine with pre- approval.

We are nestled right in Downtown Irvine, walkable to shops and dining.

This is not a shared space. Your rental includes the Songwriter Suite Studio Apartment with Kitchette and the 40 seat Listening Room.

There is a fully equipped, 40 seat listening room available for you to enjoy included in your rental, all for you and your guests.

We have 2 Bose L1 x32 towers with subwoofers in an acoustically balanced room.

If you are not a performer, you can listen to your own music through our incredible sound system. Dance like no one is watching....

The Songwriter Suite is a huge, luxurious studio with a Queen bed and a Full daybed as well as a Twin daybed and two full baths.

*You can comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

There are 2 Full bathrooms.

There is a fridge, coffee/ tea maker and microwave in the kitchenette.

There is also a “red carpet” and backdrop to take photos.

Pet Friendly. We love pets! We do not charge a pet fee.

We have everything you need to enjoy a stay. If you are simply traveling through town, we are in the walkable downtown near the river and a great place to visit.

The Songwriter Suite apartment is cozy, well appointed and well located. You can comfortably sleep 5 people in 3 beds. When you book the suite on Airbnb you also get the 40 seat listening room as well to yourself.

There is a merchandise room that you could set up tables for an event or party. *We don’t supply the tables.

Holla is perfect for anyone just looking for a cool place to spend the night, even if you are not a musician!

We are located about a block from both the Police and Fire station, which is great for anyone concerned about safety when traveling.

If you are a novice and want to play around on our stage or host a Karaoke party with some friends, this is the perfect place. If you want to invite a couple of friends, enjoy some wine and write some songs…Holla is for you. If you are a more experienced artist, we have live streaming and recording as well as radio spot and show opportunities too. Longer term stays and events welcome. Pet Friendly.
