★MAIN LEVEL: Front room with indoor gas fireplace, small dining table (seats 4), kitchen, combined living & dining room (seats 7–8) with access to top deck. Primary bedroom suite includes bedroom, full bath, and adjoining office/dressing room.
★LOWER LEVEL: Relax in the lounge area with a comfy couch and smart TV, or enjoy access to the lower deck where you’ll find the hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining/lounge area. Two bedrooms share a full bath, and a laundry room is conveniently located on this level.
★THIRD LEVEL: Two twin beds tucked under a charming sloped ceiling – perfect for kids or guests looking for a quiet retreat. (Note: a standard doorway size opening without a door...but it stays dark)

ADDITIONAL INFO/THINGS TO NOTE:
►Hemlock Hill Cabin specific rental agreement and security deposit hold (not a charge) on the guest's credit card in the amount of $500 is required of all bookings and must be completed within 48 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled. Airbnb supports this through our API connected property management system, OwnerRez. We always anticipate releasing the hold in full within 7 days of checkout, barring any issues. Travel insurance is offered and recommended to all guests.
►ADD-ONS: If available, early check-in and/or late checkout are sometimes available depending on our booking schedule and cleaning schedule. Early check-in/late checkout are add-on services for $50 each.
►WEATHER EVENTS: Due to the nature of weather in the High Country, we are unable to offer refunds or credits due to weather-related issues. Winter: In general we recommend AWD/4WD for driving throughout the area. The neighborhood is paved and plowed during inclement weather. Our gravel driveway is short and at a slight incline, which may be a challenge during times of ice or deep snow. We provide a shovel and rock salt.

Guest access
Each guest will receive a unique code to allow entry via keypad. Code is provided prior to arrival. Guests have access to everything during your stay (except for locked closets).
Hemlock Hill Cabin is located in a beautiful safe, quiet walkable neighborhood. The circular gravel driveway provides two different entrance options and plenty of parking. The property sits on 1.5 acres.
The gravel driveway is short and is at a slight incline. Please take care.
Other things to note
Weather in the High Country can be unpredictable and ever changing. Please plan accordingly, especially while on outdoor adventures. Hemlock Hill Cabin is easily accessible throughout the year. Located less than a 0.25 miles from Highway 221 South. Neighborhood is paved and plowed regularly during the winter. We have a circular driveway, which is short and at a slight incline.
In general, extra care should always be taken on all mountain roads during the winter and AWD/4WD should be considered in the event of snow/ice. Inclement weather is unpredictable and conditions can change quickly.
