Nestled in the heart of the Smokies, Hawk's Crest Landing II (HCLlI) is a private haven of tranquility, offering a peaceful escape from daily hustle and bustle.
Newly renovated with modern amenities, HCLII is located in a quiet setting, but less than 15 minutes from the Parkway with tons of attractions, restaurants, and shops.
After a fun-filled day of visiting the area, enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, in the hot tub, lounge on the back deck, relax by the fireplace, or solo stove.

The space
HCLII is 6 minutes away from Smoky Mountain Ziplines and 5 min away from Big Rock Dude Ranch. Dolly Parton Stampede is 14 minutes away. Smoky Mountain Adventure UTV is right down the road.

Guest access
The whole guesthouse is yours to enjoy while you are there. There is a back yard area where you can use the solo stove as long as the fire hazard is at "low."

Other things to note
Hawk's Crest Landing II, (HCLII) the guesthouse, is accessible via a country road at the end of a dead end road; the last quarter mile is gravel and dirt. There are no crazy hills or hairpin turns or sudden elevation gain.

HCLII is private and secluded but has a very large driveway that is shared by the larger main house, Hawk's Crest Landing I (HCLI).

While both homes enjoy completely private backyards, hot tubs, and dedicated spaces, they do share the overall property acreage.

There are two sheds and a carport in between HCLI and HCLII. There is plenty of parking. Each house is private and secluded.
