Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Welcome to our primitive, rustic, tipi glamping retreat. Sit by the campfire, watch the stars, hike through the forest and absorb some beautiful lake views, play cornhole or horseshoes. Our retreat offers an opportunity for guest to enjoy wildlife in their natural habitat. We are home to a variety of animals including deer, foxes, rabbits, frogs, raccoons, turkeys, ducks, squirrels, and many species of birds, including bald eagles. You may even catch a glimpse of a bear, bobcat or peacock.

The space
We want our guests to have an authentic and unique experience when staying with us in our tipis. However, we also want to make sure that everyone is aware prior to booking that there is some bending over required to enter the tipi. We want to emphasize that our tipis have a unique entrance. Guest will need to bed over to enter the tipi, as the entrance is lower and more narrow than a traditional door. This is a common feature of tipis and adds to the authentic experience of staying in one.

We take pride in offering our guests a truly unique, authentic, rustic glamping experience in the heart of nature. Our tipis are nestled in the woods, providing a sense of seclusion and tranquility that is unmatched by other glamping sites. While there is some hiking required to reach the tipis, our wood chipped trails make the journey enjoyable and scenic.

From the comfort of your tipi, you will be surrounded by lush woods and enjoy a stunning view of our charming log arched bridge over the pond. We are excited to announce that the pond will soon be stocked with bluegill and catfish, providing our guests with the opportunity to fish and immerse themselves even more in nature.

We understand that this may not be suitable for everyone, but we hope that those who are willing to embrace this aspect of tipi living will enjoy the experience to the fullest. We encourage our guest to come with an open mind and a sense of adventure. Our tipis are a great way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature. Please message us for our guestbook for additional information. Thank you for considering a stay with us, and we can't wait to welcome you to our tipis in the woods.
