The private terrace with access from the stylish living room, the view of the beautiful garden, the separate kitchen, the guest toilet as well as upstairs the bathroom and especially the sleeping area with a view of the surrounding gardens invite you to a relaxing stay.
The space
We have lovingly furnished our privately managed accommodation with the aspiration to offer a perfect stay from start to finish. As with rheinkult events, it says: Arrive, feel good, come back!
Numerous details such as
- the refrigerator and freezer with first filling for extended breakfasts,
- a Nespresso machine,
- selected wines for cozy evenings on the inviting couch overlooking the beautifully lit terrace or directly on this one on a balmy summer evening,
- Cocktail ingredients including recipes,
- Books, games, and last but not least the multimedia TV with DVD recorder as well as Playstation 3 with SingStar and EyeToy games
don't really give you time for the great getaways nearby.
We offer you the food and drinks optionally for a small amount of money, in the fridge and also in the freezer there is still enough space for your own food, as well as the fully equipped kitchenette offers plenty of storage facilities and has an oven, a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, blender mixer, pots + pans as well as crockery and numerous glasses.
As a small welcome, you will receive a bottle of water and seasonal fresh fruit included. Fresh sheets, towels, hand soap and more let you enjoy a relaxing stay from the beginning. Incidentally, for longer stays, the laundry is changed weekly.
Already on the first morning you can pamper yourself with the scent of freshly baked rolls or toasts with a breakfast with homemade jams as well as the usual cold cuts, etc.
Alternatively, after a first coffee, espresso or cappuccino from the Nespresso machine, you can walk about 10-15 minutes to one of the nice breakfast cafes of the nearby Dinslaken old town or the Neustraße (shopping street) and let yourself be well there.
The apartment is child-proof if necessary (sockets have child safety devices, the stairs can be locked if needed), on request, a baby bed, high chair, etc., can be provided.
The first two adults sleep in the separate bedroom in the cozy cuddle corner (double bed with mattress wedge and 1.80 m wide support against "visitor crevices", size: 1.80 x 2.00 m).
Up to two more adults can sleep on the cozy bed of the sofa bed in the living room. This is a full-fledged bed with slatted base and real mattress in queen size (1.40 x approx. 2.00-2.40 m), model Ikea "Vimle". From the couch to the bed, you are separated only by a few handles and about 2 minutes. Note: The bed is included from the third person booked. For 2 people who need two beds, we will gladly make you an offer!
The bedroom is completely darkened (blackout pleats) and lockable, the living room is darkened, but open to the hallway, so it is not completely dark.
The property is located in the annex of our detached house in a grown residential area with a nice neighborhood. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that smoking/vaping is prohibited both in the property and throughout the property. Pets are also not allowed. We ask for quiet hours starting at 10:00 pm.
