The apartment is located in the luxurious Garden of Eden complex in Sveti Vlas in the DIANA building. The property has 8 outdoor pools, beautiful green spaces, and even a private beach bathed in the sun. On the golden beach you will also find a bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks from morning to dusk. It will be an unforgettable vacation!

The space
The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, separate laundry room and a sunny balcony. It is located on the 5th floor with a panoramic sea view.

Guest access
As part of your stay in the apartment, you will have FREE access to 8 outdoor swimming pools, sun loungers by the pools, a paradise garden where pomegranates, kiwis and persimmons grow.

You can use the SPA for a fee: indoor swimming pool, gym, massages, as well as a hairdresser and beautician. In addition, there is an extra charge for an inflatable castle for children, 3 restaurants and 3 bars.

Underground parking is also available for an additional fee. If you wish to use it, please contact me after booking.
