The apartment is located in the luxurious Garden of Eden complex in Sveti Vlas in the DIANA building. The property has 8 outdoor pools, beautiful green spaces, and even a private beach bathed in the sun. On the golden beach, you'll also find a bar where you'll enjoy delicious drinks from morning till dusk. This will be an unforgettable vacation!

The space
The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, bathroom, separate laundry room and sunny balcony. It is located on the 5th floor with a panoramic view of the sea.

Guest access
As part of the stay, the apartment has FREE access to 8 outdoor pools, sun loungers by the pools, a paradise garden where pomegranates, kiwi and kaka grow.

SPA can be used for a fee: indoor pool, gym, massages, as well as a hairdresser and a beautician. In addition, there is an extra charge for an inflatable castle for children, 3 restaurants and 3 bars.

We will also have an extra charge for parking. If you would like to use, please contact me after booking.

NOTE:
1. Smoking is only available on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and is subject to a fine according to the apartment rules.
2. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and during the day from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (so called "sting").
3. Dogs are usually accepted by us, but please let us know before booking so that we can explain the rules in the Garden of Eden.
4. Hotel front desk DOES NOT issue keys. The key will be waiting for you in the lockbox by the door.
