Bright and spacious three bedroom self-contained newly converted dairy barn, nestled down private a track on Galton Organic Farm.

Conveniently located that it is of an easy driving distance to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove, Weymouth, the Jurassic Coastline and the Purbeck’s. And close enough to take a hearty walk to soak in the breathtaking views over Ringstead Bay.

Glass fronted East facing property. A spacious and bright family friendly 3 bedroom one level property with open plan living, kitchen and dining space in a contemporary style.

One main bathroom and separate loo with sink.

If you are booking for 5 + more than 1 infant, please discuss this before booking to confirm if we can accommodate you.

Private parking for 3 cars, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine.

Secure and private garden space. Underfloor heating.

Guest access
Guests access the property down a private farm track. Parking is conveniently situated at the side of the property. A pedestrian entrance to the barn is accessible from the driveway of the neighbouring property.

Other things to note
The property is in a country setting, the property is self contained with its own court yard but access to the barn is via the driveway to the Old Dairy Cottage.

If you are intending to book for 5 plus more than 1 infant, please consult your host before booking. Some rooms are not suitable for cots.

If booking for groups of single adults, I am sorry we cannot split our king and double beds to make singles.

Strictly no Pets

The barn sleeps a total of 5 persons, please request permission prior to booking if you have any additional guests. There is a charge for additional guests per night. Using the sofa as a bed is strictly not allowed.

Unfortunately we cannot allow the use of the barn for gatherings. Please consult your host about additional visitors.

The property is private but located near other holiday let’s. The property is not over looked by any property. Some noise may be heard if other guests are in the garden. Hosts live near and children may be heard in the garden. Chickens, Guinea fowl, cats and dogs live nearby.

Helicopters, tanks and cannon noises may be heard on occasions when Lulworth and Bovington army camps on exercise in the Purbeck’s.

Our neighbouring farms are dairy farms and occasions when they are spreading muck onto fields there can be the a smell of manure in the air.

The property is set on an organic farm and footpaths head north through the farm and south to the coast. A garden centre/cafe is situated opposite the road to the farm. A farm shop and petrol station in the village of Owermoigne. Galton Farm is situated at the gateway to the Purbeck’s and the Jurassic Dorset Coast. 13 minute drive to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. A 40 minute up and down walk will get you to the coast or a ten minute drive to Ringstead Bay.

The barn is situated down the private lane at Galton farm. Other estate properties are nearby but all privately contained.Farm animals and farm vehicles can be heard from the property.
