The space

~The farmhouse style kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, farmhouse sink, coffee bar, and
eat-in-counter. When in season, you’re invited to pick fresh herbs from our garden. Farm to table ready for you. Enjoy fresh squeezed orange juice made from our orange trees when in season.
~The great room is the barn wow factor. The open ceiling is defined by rustic beams. A metal wagon wheel chandelier lights the farm table that invites you to enjoy a meal with friends. An industrial staircase leads up the brick wall to a cozy loft that overlooks the great room.
This grand living space boasts a 75”TV in the comfortable gathering space. Sit at the tractor bar with a coffee or glass of wine and gaze out at a picturesque view of the horse arena and hills.
Bedroom #1 - The Stable
~Queen bed with 42” TV, dual phone charging ports in both nightstands, and a sitting retreat where you can glance out the window at the passion fruit. Custom barn door mirror leads to walk in closet.
Bedroom #2 - The Aviary
~Queen bed with 42” TV, dual phone charging ports in both nightstands. Custom closet barn doors mirrors on the closet.
The Loft
~Chaise sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper.
Our luxury barn is equipped with overhead fans in the bedrooms and great room. All doors and windows have screens. Air/heat combo wall units are in both bedrooms and the great room.

~Includes electric kettle, K-Cup single cup coffee maker, 12 cup coffee maker, pour over and hand coffee burr grinder. Assorted K-cup coffees, tea bags, sweeteners and creamers supplied.

~Chess table includes backgammon and checkers. Board games in cabinet. Corn hole game in meditation garden.
YOGA MATS
~Take time for yourself. Practice some yoga or breathe through stretches in the barn or in the meditation garden gazebo.
NEW!!! MEDITATION GARDEN
~Relax on the deck under the pavilion with your morning coffee and evening glass of wine while enjoying the view of the countryside hills. We provide yoga mats and blankets for your yoga practice or meditation. Solar cafe lights create a beautiful nighttime ambiance.
ANIMALS
~ Dogs are considered, only when pre-approved prior to booking. Max 2 dogs per stay
~ Pet fee is $50 for the 1st dog, 2nd dog free. 7 night max. Cats are not considered due to severe allergies.
~ Dogs must stay off of the furniture and bedding. If your dogs are used to being on the sofa or bed, we provide coverings to protect the furniture.
~ Dogs may not be left alone in the rental unless left in a kennel and discussed with the host in advance.
~ We do not have a fully fenced yard at this time. The meditation garden is partially fenced.
(Service & emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to booking)
Pet Fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals in which the animals are never left behind without the owner. Evidence that the animals were left behind will result in the pet fee being charged.
Please note that in California,
pretending to be an owner of a service dog is a criminal misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 (and/or up to six months imprisonment).
PLEASE NOTE:
We now have a private dog agility training space in the arena next to the barn. Occasionally training sessions will be happening. The dogs may bark as they are happy doing the course. The agility arena is off limits to guests.

We are a country getaway & that means we are “out in the country” and not walking distance to stores. We recommend you pick up your groceries before you arrive so you can just relax & enjoy the country after you check in.
Restaurants do not deliver.
