Guest access
You’ll have the home to yourself. There is not access to the garages or master closet.

Other things to note
All guest information must be approved prior to your stay. This home is not a venue, and events or gatherings beyond the number of guests listed on your reservation are not permitted without prior approval. If you plan to have additional visitors, you must request and receive permission before booking.

To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we strictly enforce quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Any noise complaints or violations may result in fines and immediate cancellation of your reservation, with no refund.

Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved in advance. Fees are $75 per hour, either before check-in time or after our 10:00 AM checkout. Unauthorized extensions may result in additional charges.

Pool Heating Info:
Heating the pool is available for $50 per day and must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay. For example, a 3-night stay would incur a $150 pool heating fee. Due to the time required to bring the pool to temperature, advance notice and confirmation with the host are required. Please contact us ahead of time if you’d like the pool heated during your visit.

Additional Guest:
The home accommodates up to 24 guests, but the base reservation includes up to 16 guests. Any additional guests beyond 16 are subject to a $25 per person, per night fee, regardless of how many nights they stay. This fee applies to all extra guests and must be approved and paid prior to arrival.

Liability Waiver:
By booking this property, the guest and all parties included in the reservation agree to the following:
You voluntarily release, indemnify, and hold harmless all current and future property owners, affiliated companies, managers, agents, and individuals responsible for the property from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, loss, or death arising from or related to your stay. This includes use of the home, pool, amenities, and surrounding land. This waiver applies to all guests and visitors and excludes only cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
