The space
3 homes on 3 gated lakefront acres. We are located on the north shore of Clear Lake between Nice and Lucerne.

Oak: Lakeside home with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, playroom, large living room, dinning area and kitchen. Large private patio with BBQ.

Fig: Lakeside Cottage with two adjoining bedrooms, living area, full kitchen, bathroom with a shower and private patios with BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The Fig and Oak share the two acre property with the private pier, dock and boat ramp. The Olive is located on the adjacent property.

The Olive is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lakeside home with a retro bar room and pool table. The property is one acre and has a private pier and boat lift. Private patio with BBQ and outdoor shower.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all three homes and open outdoor areas. The garages will be locked. Th kayaks are stored with lifejackets in the kayak closet in the shop and guests are provided a key.

Other things to note
We do not have the infrastructure to support hosting weddings or groups larger than the listing.

This is a property that is lakeside. We do not have a fence on the lake wall and it is open to the water below. Please see listing photos for more details.

This is a rural property with lake wildlife including ducks, geese, raccoons, foxes and deer. You will also see outdoor bugs. Bugs are part of the lifecycle that feed the fish and part of the eco system.

Our family loves to enjoy the great outdoors with fishing, boating, and hiking! We have a beautiful family home in Lake County that we purchased in the Winter of '16 and began renovations. We spent the entire first year reviving a home and property that was neglected for 10 years. It has been very rewarding and we opened our doors in December '17 for our first Airbnb guests.
