The fully updated interior boasts new appliances, an artsy decor, a modern kitchen, outdoor jacuzzi, and a turquoise pool. Our place delivers true Southern California serenity with excellent walkable eateries, cafes, and shops, minutes from the stunning 101 venues. An additional 10% Encinitas Transient Occupancy Tax will be charged pre check-in.

The space
This renovated home offers a modern, spacious open living area bathed in natural light, featuring a cozy living room with a large TV. Chefs will delight in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting high-end appliances, extensive counter space, and all essential cooking utensils. The standout feature is the sliding glass wall that opens to seamlessly connect the kitchen with the outdoor dining area and pool. The accommodation includes a master bedroom with a split, adjustable king bed and a beautifully decorated ensuite bathroom featuring a natural stone and glass shower, plus two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a well-appointed guest bathroom.

Guests can access the property easily with a smart lock code. Throughout the accommodation, you'll find convenient QR code labels. Simply scan these with your smartphone to watch short instructional videos on how to operate various features. Additionally, we offer nearly 24/7 support through the Airbnb app messaging system, ensuring you have assistance whenever you need it.

Other things to note
Encinitas mandates a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for all short-term rentals. This tax will be billed and collected separately by us 14 days or less prior to your check-in and 100% of this payment goes to the city.

Guests with ratings below 5 stars within the past 24 months may be asked to make a refundable security deposit which will be returned within one week from check-out.
