Hi! We're Lourdes and Toni. What we loved most about our house when we bought it was the old restored tobacco dryer we have prepared so you can spend a few days enjoying the Vega de Granada.

The Secadero de Purchil is an ideal place for those who want to get to know Granada without the hurry of the city, enjoying a beautiful environment full of cornstones and with Sierra Nevada in the background.

The space
This is a two-storey detached house that is accessed, privately, by a patio that you can enjoy.

On the ground floor you will find a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table and a small kitchen so you can prepare what you want. And well, there is also a hot/cold air conditioning and a pellet stove if you want to turn it on in winter. The fireplace of the stairs is a bath with a tub, a restored vanity, and a great light.

Upstairs we have a gigantic room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a reading corner with two armchairs and dozens of books and an air conditioning of the most powerful for you to be at ease. And all ten minutes from downtown Granada!

Guest access
The access to our Dryer is independent and leads to a patio with plants, armchairs, barbecue and dining table that you can enjoy if you feel like it. In addition, you have Wi-Fi throughout the house, a TV that you can connect to your favorite digital platforms and a pellet stove that you will be ready to use if you come in winter.

El Secadero de Purchil is located in one of the main streets. But since the village has barely 2,000 inhabitants, you can not breathe more tranquility.
