The space
A beautiful, ranch-style home with plenty of outdoor space. The home is surrounded by lush greenery and trees, providing an idyllic and peaceful setting for a getaway. There is a large deck with a bbq and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. There is also a fire pit with colorful Adirondack chairs, perfect for a cozy evening with friends or family.

The interior of the home is bright and welcoming, with a farmhouse-style kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal. The living room has comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment.

There are three bedrooms in the home, each with a unique and cozy design. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with a wooden headboard, TV and access to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a rustic, southwestern design and colorful art on the walls. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is perfect for kids or friends. There are two bathrooms in the home, one with a shower (in master bedroom) and the other with a bathtub.

Home includes lots of kids amenities, including books, toys and an outdoor swing.

Other things to note
Only 5-10 minutes to charming Downtown Mariposa. 20 minutes to Oakhurst. 30 minutes to Bass Lake beaches where you can swim in the summer time.

We do not provide firewood for the fire pit. You can either collect the wood from around the property or purchase some in a nearby store in Mariposa.
Mariposa outdoor fire restrictions are from May through November- no outdoor fires (including fire pit) during these months please.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

BBQ propane tank is usually full. In case it is not please contact us and we will fill it immediately.
