Nestled on the hill above the Bay of Fundy, the lighthouse-shaped cottage boasts a cozy retreat with one bedroom, capturing the essence of coastal living. The highlight is the top-floor living room, where panoramic windows frame the beautiful seascape. From this elevated vantage point, guests can unwind in the warmth of the living room while enjoying the view of the sea caves, creating a tranquil and picturesque haven suspended between land and sea. The space
This unique three-story property in St. Martins boasts a versatile layout. The bottom floor features a convenient half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming entry. Ascend to the second floor, where a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom provide comfort and convenience. The top floor, a cozy living room, opens to a deck with panoramic views of the Bay of Fundy and its enchanting caves. While offering one bedroom, the top floor accommodates extra guests with two pull-out couches, ensuring everyone can indulge in the breathtaking surroundings. We also have a sofa bed on the bottom floor, please let us know if you need it before check in and we will have the bedding ready for you.

For a seamless experience, please contact the host before booking if your party exceeds 5 guests. Note that this property is not suitable for young children, and guests should be comfortable with stairs, given the multi-level layout. The gravel driveway, ascending a hill, adds to the charm, while access via a lesser-used road off the main route by the caves ensures a tranquil retreat in St. Martins.

Enjoy the complete freedom of the lighthouse cottage during your stay. Please note that the adjacent mechanical building houses our laundry room. While we may occasionally be present for laundry and maintenance, rest assured that we highly value your privacy and will minimize any disruption to your experience.

Other things to note
Prepare for an adventure! If you're comfortable with stairs, this three-story gem awaits your exploration. While the road to the cottage may not be the best, it's functional – just a reminder to drive slowly. The gravel driveway, winding up a hill, adds character to your journey. This cottage was completed December 2023, with landscaping adding the final touches in the works.

This cottage was designed to be a one bedroom cottage for couples or small groups. We had a lot of requests to add more sleeping spaces and have added two convertible couches and a sofa couch. The only bed we have room for is the king size bed in the bedroom.

Also note, this cottage cannot accommodate pets. An undisclosed pet may result in your booking being canceled without refund.

If you are arriving in the dark, watch for the two lights at the end of the driveway.

A Generac system has recently been installed. If the power goes out, the whole place will run on a backup power system automatically.

We have also installed a lightning protection system. It doesn’t attract or deter lightning but it will keep you and the cottage safe inside during a storm.

The electric fireplace is for ambience only. There is a heat pump and an electric fan heater on this level you can use.

Owning a cottage in St. Martins has always been a dream of mine and I can’t believe how popular they have become. I have been coming here since I was a child, and been a full-time resident in the summertime since 2013.
