Everything you need is moments away including the new Publix, Food Lion, both fine and casual dining, Pirates Deck Sports Bar, the public boat ramp 4 streets down on E Yacht and NE 55th, main beach strand with a stoplight to cross E Oak Island Dr easily just one block down on NE 58th Street and 4 blocks to the beach.

DOGGIE DETAILS: Oak Island is well-known not only for being a family-oriented beach but also one of the most dog-friendly beaches in North Carolina. Dogs that are leashed are permitted YEAR ROUND on Oak Island beaches, and dogs are allowed off their leash from October 15 through March 15. Oak Island also offers two different dog parks for your furry friends to enjoy.
We also provide a medium or large size crate, as pets are not to be left home unattended without being crated.

We allow ONE dog less than 50 lbs, and it must be included in your reservation. If bringing a second, it must be approved.

Other things to note
This is a duplex home on a LARGE corner lot with private entrances and free parking. Plenty of room to park a boat and trailer if needed.
The units are private with your own private entrance and back entrances. Yards are divided by a fence to keep privacy between the two yards.
Your side is the LEFT sided unit.

You must be 25 and older to reserve and its max occupancy is 6 people each side. Room for X2 Parking spaces per unit.

Pack N Play provided upon request.
No stairs to worry about.
Washer and Dryer provided, but we ask that you bring your own detergent.
