It is a private bedroom with private bathroom located in downtown LA, Chinatown. This is not a hotel, this is not entire place.
Apartment is on 3rd floor with elevator.
We are next to dodger stadium,Japan town, Grand Central Market, The Broad Museum and Union Station, not far from Korean town, Universal Studio, LAX, UCLA, USC.
Union station(subway,train)is about 800m away.

The space
Our home is at the middle of everything!
We provide many tourist spots maps.
We can show you where to easily walk to, where it is better to drive, or take a bus. We could share our favorite restaurants if you needed.
You can basically go everywhere from union station if you don’t have a car. (If you are going to drive and need a parking spot, please let us know ahead of time so we could help to arrange the parking.)

*This guest bedroom is my child’s playroom when there is no guest. So her toys and books will be storages in this room.*
Please keep in mind: Our building is in DTLA Chinatown, it could be a noisy place in general (police cars, ambulances and helicopters) and my building is pretty quiet most of the time. If anyone is sensitive sleeper to noise, bedding texture, pillows and mattress firmness and the environment of people on the street outside, we might not be able to accommodate everyone's preference.

If you’re interested in Lakers, Clippers, or Dodgers game, let me know before you buy your tickets. We might be able to help you.

If you want to go to Universal Studios, Disneyland, Six flag magic mountain, Sea World or other attractions let us know as well. We get discounts from work sometimes that would be better than paying full price.

We Do Not make any money from getting any ticket. We just want to be helpful to our guests.

Other things to note
We will trying our best to provide what we could and help traveler to enjoy their trip. But we are not perfect.

We have one child which means, her toys might be here and there in the living room, I will try my best to keep things in place but cannot guarantee perfect at all time. Please accept my apologies ahead. If you need anything/space in the common area please feel free to let me know. I will try my best prioritize your convenience.:)

Please don’t come super drunk.
Please clean after yourself.
Please keep volume low after 9pm.
Please Do Not bring friends or family who did not on the booking list back home.
Late check-in after 12am will have a fee.
