Our home is within easy reach of most tourist attractions within San Juan, La Union - 5 minute drive to San Juan Surf Town (Flotsam, Kabsat, Sebay) ~ not beach front

• LOCATION
Chan One Corner, Velasco St., Ili Sur, San Juan, La Union

IMPORTANT: Our unit is situated on the 2nd floor, and it is not recommended for individuals with disabilities (PWD) and senior citizens.

The space
You'll be staying in a clean and spacious 2 Bedroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 pax with private kitchen/dining and bathroom.

• BEDROOM
Room 1
- includes 1 double-sized bed that fits up to 2 people
- window type Fujidenzo air conditioner

Room 2
- includes 1 double-sized bed that fits up to 2 people & 1 bunk bed with single mattress for 2 people
- split-type LG air conditioner
- with Blackout curtains

Beddings are changed every guest. We provide 1 blanket & 2 pillows for each guest.

• PRIVATE LIVING AND KITCHEN ROOM
- TV w/Netflix, PLDT high speed internet, sofabed, center table and dining table
- Kitchen equipped with Induction cooker, frying pan, mini refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, coffee mugs, and complete dining set with complimentary drinking water
- sponge, dishwashing liquid and hand soap are also provided

• PRIVATE BATHROOM
- Bath towels (1 for each guest), hand soap, tissue, hot & cold shower, bath gel, dental kit is also provided (slippers not provided)
- You may bring your own essentials for additional comfort

We only allow early check in or late check out if the unit is not fully booked with a fee of Php 300 per hour. A fraction of an hour is considered 1 hour.

• STRICTLY NO SMOKING & ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION INSIDE THE UNIT

• QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 7AM

• PARKING SPACE
- 1 free gated parking near our property (not covered)

• EXTRA GUEST
The base rate is good for 3 pax, extra guest fee is P800 per head/night (maximum of 6 guests inside the unit). Complete beddings and towels will be provided.

• VISITORS
We do not allow visitors inside the unit.

• LONG TERM GUESTS
For long term stays (more than 2 weeks), weekly fresh beddings and cleaning service will be offered.
