Vacation rentals with beach access in La Union

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the host is friendly and attentive. Our room was very comfortable—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was especially relaxing, ensuring we had a restful sleep each night. Overall, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

We had a very relaxing stay! The place was spacious and comfy, and was easy to drive around the area. They have pretty good wifi so I was able to work while on vacation. Wilma and Kuya Jerom are very accommodating as well. Will definitely be back when visiting San Juan. :)

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was super accommodating even though we arrived pretty late because of work. The room was super clean, and the sheets, pillows, and towels smelled so fresh. The whole place felt cool and relaxing, with such a good vibe. The living room was big enough for all 6 of us and our large dog—very pet-friendly! It’s just a short walk to the beach, near local markets and food spots, and the parking space fit our pickup just fine. The host was always helpful with our requests. We’d totally stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! The place was very clean and communication was super easy. Kuya Jerom was a big help—he even changed the gasul for us and lent us a large kawali so we could cook comfortably. The host was also very accommodating and allowed us to extend our checkout until 1pm at no extra charge. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

This is our second time staying here, and I’m happy to say the experience is just as great as the first. The place is spotless, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. The host is consistently responsive and genuinely accommodating, which really adds to the comfort of the stay. One of the things that makes this spot stand out is the pole and aerial studio right next door - a rare and fun bonus, especially if you’re into movement or looking to try something new. It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. cozy and good for a group of friends! aircon is okay, and cooking utensils are great for basic dishes. bedroom is also soundproof in a way.

Everything was great. From booking to check out, very responsive host. Just few comment on the cleanliness and the a/c on master's BR, i thinks it has to be cleaned since we felt hot..But all in all, we enjoyed our stay and we never felt that we are away from home. Thanks and will surely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape. You can easily find this as it is near San Juan Surf Resort. The house is cozy and has everything that we need. The caretaker, Ate Imelda is very responsive. We also like that it’s walking distance to the beach. Will recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks for accommodating us.

Everything this was as expected, clean & tidy. The area is safe & secure, I extended my stay as I was very happy being here.

Really enjoyed our stay at Carolina’s place! It was clean, quiet, and in a peaceful neighborhood. The Wi-Fi was solid, which was great since I wfh. I liked that it was self check-in too, super convenient. Best part? The beach was just a minute or two walk away. The beachfront was so relaxing and definitely my favorite thing about the stay. Would totally recommend!

Thank you so much Angela and Aedriel for being very accommodating hosts! We loved the room at Sea Break and felt right at home. The place was exactly as described in the photos, and really gave us a bang for our buck! We travelled as a couple but the room can accommodate up to 6 or 7 people, so imagine how affordable it truly is. The place is a good distance from the main surfing area of La Union, so this part (Bacnotan) is for those who prefer peace and quiet -- like us! The beach is literally a 2-minute walk from the place, you could actually see the ocean from the veranda! It has a secured parking, too! The hosts were very friendly and always super responsive. We will definitely be back once we find ourselves in La Union again. Highly recommended!

Tim's place is great! Really clean and spacious great for friends and small familes! Kitchen is packed with utencils and kitchen ware, airconditioning is very cold, towels were abundant and the condo was spotless when we arrived! Fairly private setting, with your own designated parking spot! My friends and I enjoyed this stay alot, and will make sure to book this place again! 🙌🏼
