Monthly Rentals in San Juan

Absolutely loved our stay—no contest! Waking up to the stunning sea view was such a treat, and the sunset views from both the kubo and our balcony were just mesmerizing. The location is on the quieter side of the coast, which we really appreciated, yet still very accessible to some of the best cafés and restaurants in the area. Bonus points for the delicious bread in the pantry—such a thoughtful touch!

I’m almost afraid to write this glowing review because it’ll be probably hard to rebook Monica’s beautiful, kitschy space again. I love the functional intuitiveness of the space, serving and meeting all our needs for our stay in San Juan. (Cool drinking water waiting for us in the ref, check!) Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Our check-in was flexible, as we had arrived late into town. The airbnb is strategically located, close enough to walk to restaurants and yet private enough in case you need a breather from the bustle of the scene. And Monica is the hostess with the mostest: her responsiveness and accommodation is most appreciated, her local recommendations are spot on, and her friendly staff an extension of her presence.

The place was very clean and cozy! Miss Margaret was there to welcome us upon check out and she’s very easy to talk to :) In terms of location, it’s near lang sa beach, souvenir shops, restaurants, and other pasyalan spots. We had a great time staying here, definitely worth booking☺️
