Cozy room wirh a dedicated full batroom, stay at the heart of Cancun, next to market 28, with air conditioner that can be used during summer, equiped with 2 beds, full and single (foldable).

5 minutes driving from bus station (ADO), 25 minutes driving from the airport, 11 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the hotel zone. We can also help You to arrange a pickup or drop-off from ADO or airport (You can get a free ride from the bus station if You book 7 nights or more)

The space
Shared areas with other guests and myself are: kitchen, dining, living and loundry room, this room has a dedicated parking slot, just let us know if you are beinging your car so we can aleo share the keys and the instructions. I have a dog (pitbull), usually in the service room or the back patio, gates are kept locked at all times because some people may be afraid of dogs, one more thing to consider and keep in mind, we are in a tropical area, usually we put the Air Conditioning in the living room 12 hours a day on average, disclaimer: there are some places where You may still feel the heat (specially between May to September).
Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel, but rather a small lovely house that we enjoy sharing with travelers from all over the world!.

Guest access
Access to the house can be completely autonomous or personalized and guided, is up to your prefferences, is case of autonomous, please male sure You READ all the instructions, in case You choose a guided welcome, You just have to let us know an approximate arrival time and ring the bell at the front gate.

AUTONOMOUS ENTRANCE
There is a lockbox behind the ring bell (the access code will be shared 24 hours before your check-in), mounted on the right side of the wall, the keys to access main gate and room Will be there, once You are in, access the house using the front door (Wooden door), once You are inside, to your right, at the end of the hallway, right in front of the table (dining space) there is a wooded stair case, once You get to second floor, You will see to your left the door to your room (wirh letters PQE on top), bathroom is outside right next to the staircase, this is a dedicated bathroom to You, a key will be provided as well.

During your stay
Most of the time there will be someone in the house, co-host, property manager, or cleaning person, you are more than welcome to ask any other query that you may have if any doubt comes along, laundry service can be offered as well (extra) if you don't want or can't do it (prices based on Kg). Other communication methods are calling or the chat on airbnb (preferable).

From 6AM to 10PM (local time, -6 GMT), is more likely to get a fast reply, in the after hours we'll try to reply but we do not guarantee any fast reply until 6AM again

Other things to note
In case you need to do home office or work from home, there is an additional charge (50MXN per day) due to the extra power and water consumption, you are welcome to work from home as long as you agree to this extra fee.
Please take care of all the stuff in the house, if You break or loose something from the house, there will be an extra charge for it (including lost keys).
If You leave stains difficult to remove (hair tint or oil bases productos) on the bed sheets or towells there will be an extra charge to replace them or extra cleaning, same applies for bad odors.
