Easy access to bay and National Seashore beaches, back road access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, hiking, shopping and restaurants! This 1940’s cottage complex has retained much of its charm for you to enjoy !

The space
You’ll get that cozy feeling when you enter the door of this updated Pine Tree cottage! Everything you need away from home - all you have to do is bring your own sheets and towels! A queen size bed centers the room and a twin size bed unfolds out of the ottoman if needed. Books, smart tv, and games await you.

Entire cottage, front and back yards, path behind cottages leading to back roads and easier access to the rail trail and the complex interior roads.

Other things to note
While I would love to allow pets, due to HOA rules and other guests' possible allergies, this isn't possible.

My family camped in Brewster for many years starting when I was six weeks old - it was then a joy to bring my daughters to the Cape when they were growing up. Many times while living in Kansas for 40 years, I dreamt of owning a cottage on the Cape. Once I moved back East, that became a reality, and I am so happy to share my cottages with you.
