3 minutes from 101 freeway, walking distance to Warner center and Topanga Village.
18 minutes drive to Malibu beach, 18 minutes drive to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Hollywood.
The space
As you walk into the living room you will see a very spacious living room with 6 pieces sectional extra large Restoration Hardware sofa and a connected kitchen area. Massive RH table for 12 people.
First door from the hallway you will see a large master bedroom with RH California King bed, 55-inch TV, and bathroom with jetted tub/shower bedroom.
The second master bedroom with Cal King is located behind the kitchen with its own private bathroom (shower).
The third bedroom has two queen beds and 55" TV. The fourth has one queen bed.
There is a 65" inch tv in the living room and 150" projector screen and a large door to the backyard where you can see sunsets from.
The backyard is what we are most proud of. There is a 4-person electric sauna that only takes 20 mins to heat up, the always-on hot tub for 5 people, and 8 feet deep pool that absolutely must in Los Angeles. The 12x20 Gazebo with large comfy 5-piece sectional sofa and fireplace table that can easily accommodate two families and Weber grill !
No parties are allowed.

Guest may access the whole house expect the garage which is currently converted into the gym.
Other things to note
Other Instructions:
1. Cameras. Please note that there are four security cameras around the house. One is in the driveway, one is ring the doorbell on the entrance, one is in the hallway around the house, and one on the backyard right above the hot tub. We need those security systems to see who entered our home when we are away (pool, hot tub maintenance, gardening, and so on). If you prefer privacy, you may block the backyard camera during your stay with a small towel, but please unblock it before you check out. Please note that the audio on that camera will remain on and will only notify us if there is a very loud noise after 10 pm. For your privacy and comfort there are NO security cameras inside the house.
2. AC. Please note that there is two AC systems in the house. You will find a Gree remote in each room that would allow you to set the temperature to the degree you prefer. Please do NOT use Nest system as it is NOT operable (the round controller below the smart Ipad on the wall in the living room).
3. Propane. We provide propane tank that can be filled in nearby gas station 5 min away. You may use it for either grill or fire table on the patio. You will find the propane tank next to the grill in the backyard.
4. Hottub. We set the hot tub to 100 degrees for your arrival. Please do not bring any glass items near the hot tub or pool. We do not allow any glass anywhere near the pool or hot tub, and if the cleaning crew finds any glasses in those areas, you might be subject to fines up to $500. Hottub COVER MUST BE CLOSED when the hot tub is not in use. Otherwise, the water evaporates, heater ends up working non-stop, which causes the failure of the pump and heater. It also causes all the leaves to fall into the hot tub causing extra special cleaning procedures. If we have evidence of the hot tub cover being left open, you might be subject to fines of up to $400.
5. Sauna. Please use the sauna cautiously, as it gets pretty hot and might cause dizziness. Please turn it on 15-20 minutes before you use it. To turn on the sauna, you need to turn the knob clockwise twice(two clicks) and counterclockwise once (one click). Unless you follow these specific instructions, the sauna might be set in a "delayed" start mode, preventing it from starting immediately.
6. Maintenance during your stay:
- Wednesdays of every week, around midday, we have our gardening crew that mows the lawn, and cleans the backyard and front yard. They will know before entering the backyard, but if they don't hear back, they will enter the property.
- Thursdays, of every week, in the morning, we have a pool cleaning service that cleans the pool and hot tub. Please note that the hot tub is also cleaned after each guest by our cleaning crew.
7. POOL DANGER: (as mentioned on the listing) the swimming pool does NOT have perimeter fencing around it and therefore is extremely dangerous for toddlers, small children, pets, and anyone who can't swim. Please be sure to communicate this with everyone in your group and assign responsibility to the adults to look over those vulnerable, inform your children of the dangers of drowning, and keep away from the pool when no adults are present.
8. Pool Heater. The pool can be heated, and it is a natural gas heater. The heating takes around 3-6 hours, daily rate is $150. This is the cost of the natural gas as it is an 8ft pool and takes a lot of energy to heat up. Please let us know if you decide to heat the pool, and we will send separate instructions. The fees will be charged after check-out.
