My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan is good for family engagement. Spacious kitchen. Readily accessible to local restaurants and activities via car. Enjoyed the pool table. Did not use the swimming pool or hot tub due to cooler winter weather, but these would be very nice amenities as the temperature rises. Furniture is typical of what is expected for a vacation rental unit but is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good shape and have modern finishings. The refrigerator is immaculate. Modern/clean washer and dryer. Johnny is an excellent host. Communication was great and on point. He checked in on us and let us know he was available but otherwise gave us our space to enjoy our family time over the winter holiday. Thank you for the full rack of K-cups. We put them to good use. We would definitely stay with Johnny again.

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

Great location for going to Getty and Griffith and of course very close to Hollywood Boulevard. Lots of options to order in, Target is within 10 minutes drive.

Lovely stay in Reseda at Kylie’s home that has space to host a lot of people. We were a group of 11 and felt like we had a lot space to sleep and hang out. Each room has a decent amount of bathrooms too so you’re not waiting long for your turn to shower either which I liked. This would be a great place for bigger families and little children as well given the amount of space each room had. The check in and check out process was easy, not much that we had to do for checkout just the trash and dishes. We didn’t end up using the pool but it is a truly massive pool again very family friendly or for large groups.

Beautiful interior and exterior spaces and a fantastic, spectacularly well stocked kitchen that serious cooks will love. And Brett was the perfect host!

The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

This place was everything we wanted for our family vacation. House was very welcoming, beautiful and safe neighborhood with an even more amazing yard. The pool and hot tub were great and very aesthetic, great for pictures and family time. I’m coming back for sure for future trips to LA.

Great location, nice house. The kitchen was understocked in terms of dishes/cooking equipment for anyone planning to cook, but we ordered in most of the time and so it wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely book again!

A great spot to relax and prepare for the half marathon. We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The indoor and outdoor space is great for catching up with friends, playing games and enjoying meals together. The location is amazing, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. The house manuals give good local recommendations and the amenities in the house were appreciated.

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

Joseph is an excellent host, just like the description, the layout for everything, the flexibility, the kindness everythingooo excellent i would definitely come back and recommend.

We just so happened to stay at Sarah‘s house during the fires in California. She was very responsive with us because our power went out one night and Sarah and her husband came to set up a generator and give us flashlights when we had none. Her kitchen was fully stacked, even with an air fryer. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that the temperature of the pool and hot tub keep kept changing after we set it to where we wanted it that could have been user error. The other thing was that my son is little and we normally give him baths, but the bathtub they had didn’t run hot water only cold. Sarah said she was gonna look into that.. Overall, great place to stay my parents even were able to stay in a nanny, quarters, which they liked.

I highly recommend this Airbnb - probably my best experience with Airbnb. The house is great and has everything you need; matches description very well. The home is spacious.

Sarah’s house felt like a big hug. So warm..full of great books and the kitchen was well stocked with post and pans for cooking. Loved all of the antique glasses and decor. This house is so lovely and Sarah could not have been more communicative and welcoming. Could not recommend this house more.

Edgar made me stay here the best experience ever. He is a great guy and the house itself is like winter wonderland. The house is peaceful really recommend staying here.

We needed to find a family home to stay in because my family and my parents needed a safe place to land after evacuating the wildfires. This home was such a relief in a very stressful time, and the host was compassionate and responsive. It was amazing to have a very large, nicely furnished, comfortable and beautifully decorated place to stay. The interior looked just like the photos. Parking couldn't get any better. Check in and check out was super easy. My toddler loved the little thoughtful touches the home had for kids. The only downside was the occasional noise and vibration from the nearby train. Otherwise, our experience was just about perfect.

Stayed here while traveling with family for spring break. Everything was as listed, instructions were clear, house rules were communicated, clear and also a copy of them was left for us to review. There were labels around the home to ensure we knew what was what, which was especially helpful for all of the switches in the house. We did have to be mindful not to make any excessive noise, due to a tenant in a private apartment just below the master bedroom. Host was responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

This place and the host were amazing!! If you love Star Wars this is the place to be. The house was close to Disney and was in a very safe and quiet location. House had everything me and our family needed. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place. Can’t wait to stay again!

This was a dream home for my 50th birthday where friends and family can be together. The view is incredible. The space is gorgeous. The hosts thought of everything!
