Cozy up by the new propane log fireplace or gather around the fire pit (Duraflame logs only). Kids will love the toys and games provided, while the basement game room boasts numerous arcade games (Retro NBA Jam, Simpsons, Pacman, Mortal Kombat!), foosball, air hockey, and a child-sized billiards table!

* Septic System: Please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes or hygiene products. The septic system is easily clogged.
* Respect Our Home: This is our family's home, and we appreciate you treating it with care. An inventory is kept, and any missing items will be considered theft and reported.
* Late Checkout Fee: $50 for checkouts past noon.
* Dishwasher Soap: Use only the provided dishwasher tablets. Using liquid dish soap in the dishwasher will result in a $600 fee.

This property is owned and operated by Buckeye Devils LLC. By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following house rules as terms and conditions of your stay. We reserve the right to eject any guest at any time for violation of these rules.
* No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Any guest found with a pet will be ejected immediately.
* Service/Assistance Animals: While we understand federal law regarding service/assistance animals, we must inform you that our property is treated by a third-party pest control company. The rodenticide used could be fatal to animals. If you choose to book with a service/assistance animal, you accept all risks, and Buckeye Devils LLC will not be held liable for any harm or death to your animal.
* Septic System: Our septic system is easily clogged. Only toilet paper may be flushed. No other products, including wipes, feminine hygiene products, or paper towels, may be flushed.
* Kitchen Use: Please prevent food from going down the kitchen sink. Use the provided drain trap and rinse food off plates before loading them into the dishwasher.
* Security Cameras & Motion Sensors: For your security and ours, there is one exterior camera facing away from the property, monitoring only the driveway and road. There are also two interior motion sensors connected to the smart hub/security system.
* No Parties or Large Gatherings: This home is intended for responsible adults and families seeking a peaceful vacation. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
* No EV Charging: Charging electric vehicles at this property is strictly prohibited.
