The space
This bnb has all the historic details of an old Victorian with exposed brick and ornate fireplace but also has all the modern amenities with smart TVs, stainless appliances, central air conditioning and washer/dryer. As you approach this massive house you will be greeted with a sweeping front porch where you can sit and enjoy everything urban living has to offer. When you enter the house the open concept will connect you with the whole family. It is the perfect place to celebrate your friends and family and enjoy community. Kids are welcome and there is a park for the littles to get out the energy. Lastly there is a landscapes back yard patio space where you can sit and enjoy your friends and family with outdoor table that can seat 12 and a fire pit you can gather around.
The living space is open to the farm table in the dining space which is open to the kitchen. You may be connected to the family on the first floor but as you approach the bedrooms there is enough space to have your own privacy. The first bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam queen mattress. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a brand new comfortable memory foam queen mattress and a small sitting area. As you approach the third floor there is a completely separate living space with a twin daybed with memory foam mattress and tv. The fifth bedroom has a new comfortable queen memory foam mattress and sitting area.
This house is in an urban neighborhood. You will hear the sounds of the city. There are restaurants and bars less than a mile away but this home is in a neighborhood and you would likely need an Uber to drive you to location. The neighborhood is historic and sidewalks are lined with architecture from the late 1800s early 1900s. It is a nice stroll if you want to just walk through the neighborhood. Also I must note this house was built in the early 1900s. Building codes were much different back then. There are few people who have stated they felt the stairs are steep. I have 2 year old that goes up and down with ease but if you or any persons in your group has difficulty with stairs this is not the property for you. There are stairs to get to the front door. There are a flight of stairs to get to the second floor with most of the bedrooms and there is another flight of stair to get to the third floor with more bedrooms. I want everyone in the group to be safe at my house.
For an added cost this space can be transformed into a small event space while hosting friends and family from out of town needing a place to stay. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! If you are hosting an event the max time limit on said event is 5 hours. If I find there is a weekend party happening in this space you will be asked to leave with no refund. I have all dinnerware, decor, and private chef to transform this space into a formal event such as a rehearsal dinner or it can be set up for a buffet style brunch. Whatever your vision and or needs I can help to plan every detail of your special day. This space can seat in 2 different seating areas a total of 26-28 people for a formal dinner. The indoor table can seat 14 and the outdoor table with a large outdoor umbrella for shade can seat 12-14 more guests. If your event is less formal there space could hold up to 50 people for a more casual mingling type event with additional bar top tables. The dining space is connected to living space with a large sectional couch that could be a good option for baby shower or bridal shower. Additional wood fold-out seating can be added to the event if you need. I have another Bnb listed that may be a better option for children bc there is a high chair and booster seating for their comfort. All events must be final at 10pm in compliance with city noise ordinance. Absolutely no bachelorette or bachelor parties. Check out my other listing to see if this would better suit your vision.

NO HOUSE PARTIES! If you I find that you are having a house party you will be asked to leave immediately. There is no tolerance for this sort of activity. Please remove shoes at the front door. No food or beverage beyond the first floor.
