This Fully Renovated 4 BR/5 Bed, 3 BA Home can comfortably sleep 10. While preserving the original character and charm this home was remodeled with the guests in mind. In addition to its original beauty, there are many extras and creative decor. Great home for a get-together or families, with plenty of room to spread out. Just blocks from downtown and Benedictine College, a quick 10 min drive to Snow Creek Ski Resort in Weston Mo. , 45 min to KCI Airport, and an hour from downtown Kansas City.

The space
The main floor has an open kitchen dining area, pantry, formal living room, office, small library, and two original main floor bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The basement is accessed by two stairwells and includes a full laundry room, living room, bedroom, and a full bath. Off the kitchen, a stairwell finds its way to an attic loft with two queen beds and a bathroom with a shower. All furniture, beds, bedding, appliances, and kitchen supplies were purchased new.
