Bluhaus is a modern retreat in the quiet Crown Point neighborhood of Pacific Beach, with quick beach access. It was completely gutted, re-designed and featured on the 2019 San Diego Modern Home Tour.

The designer interior has an open floor plan with a European style kitchen, state-of-the-art fixtures, and lots of natural light. Two balconies offer plenty of outdoor space. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Bluhaus is located in a multi-family building. Due to the proximity to other condos, Bluhaus guests need to always be mindful of the neighbors. The following rules are strictly enforced:

- The building's quiet time is 10PM to 8AM.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, counting all adults, children, and infants.
- No unapproved visitors, no gatherings, no parties.
- No pets.
- No smoking in the building, inside the condo or on the balconies.
- Park in the designated underground garage parking spots only.

Check-in information will be sent 24 hours prior to your arrival via the Airbnb message system. Check-in information will not be released until the primary guests have provided their photo ID via the Airbnb app.
