We are located next to the Overseas "Puerto Juarez", you can cross to Isla Mujeres in only 20 minutes.

The health and safety of our guests is our priority.
We follow Airbnb's Advanced Cleaning Protocol, developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

◈ We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health organizations and use protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination.
◈ We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists.
◈ We offer additional cleaning products so you can clean during your stay.
Guest access
Only guests will enjoy the apartment and common areas.
The identification of each guest will be requested to inform the administration of the condo on their arrival, bracelets will be provided that identify them as guests of the condominium and it´s mandatory to wear them.
The pool and wading pool are shared with the owners and other guests. When enjoying these areas, we only ask that you respect the condominium rules.
Other things to note
To book, we require our guests to complete their profile by adding an Airbnb Verified ID. As hosts, it gives us a better level of security, and we appreciate it.
The condominium has a security booth where you will be asked for your identification to access.
You must share each guest's official IDs at least 72 hours before arrival so that we can authorize their entry into the condo with management.
The delivery of the apartment will be personal; it is the rule of the condominium, and you will be provided with bracelets that you must wear during your stay.

When enjoying the pool and the beach, you must respect the rules of the condominium and take the corresponding precautions since there is no lifeguard service.
Water in Mexico is not drinkable, so we advise our guests not to cook or drink tap water.
During your stay, remember to be clean, throw the garbage in the indicated tanks, and do not leave food that can attract animals.
Remember that you rent an Airbnb, and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or change of towels; consumables are a courtesy for the first night. If you have special requests, do not hesitate to ask; we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant.
Air conditioning is an included service, but we try to be ecological. Turn it off when not in the apartment and don't use it with the doors and windows open, as it can break down (freeze and leak).
The cleaning fee includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one cleaning after your departure.
For the type of furniture we have, we think that our apartment is not designed for children. Please, if you come with children, keep in mind that you are responsible for their safety and any damage that may occur.
