In the heart of the Teme Valley Berrow View is set with stunning scenery from every window. Settle down in the evening for magical sunsets and the early bird can catch the sunrise! Right on the Worcestershire Way, Geopark Way and many other local footpaths and cycle routes it’s perfect for those that want to explore.

A detached bungalow with fenced garden, fields surrounding two sides. Plenty of off road parking and stunning views. Secure garage for bike storage. Super fast fibre broadband.

The space
Entering the property through the front door in to the entrance hall, the washing machine can be found tucked away (tumble dryer located in the garage). Ironing board, and iron located in the cupboard.

The door leads through to the beautiful sitting room with tiled floor, extensive large windows flood the room with light. Door to the outdoor seating area. The room offers two two seater settees, armchair and occasional chair, 55" Smart TV, dining table for 6.

Just off the sitting room you can head into the kitchen which has its own external door, all the usual kitchen amenities including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and table and chairs for 4.

Back into the sitting room the doorway to the bedrooms leads off with a separate hallway. The master bedroom can be found at the end with a king size bed with memory foam mattress topper, smart TV, Dressing Table and Wardrobe, views across the back garden and fields towards Berrow Hill. The hairdryer can be found in the bedside cabinet draws. All bedding & towels is supplied for all guests in all rooms.

To the right and left of the master bedroom are two further bedrooms. The bedroom on the left has a single bed and a pull out bed, these can be made into a double or used separately. The pull out bed is very slightly smaller than the standard single. There is a dressing table and wardrobe.

The bedroom to the right has views across the fields on two sides. There is a double bed with memory foam mattress topper, dressing table, smart TV and wardrobe.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with shower over.

We welcome children at this property at your own risk. There are no socket overs, child locks etc. Please bring whatever equipment you need ie travel cost, bed guard etc.

This is a lovely property right in the heart of the Teme Valley with walks galore. There is a gate from the garden into the adjacent field, ground and crops depending!. However this can take you straight to the farm drive where you can link up with the Worcestershire Way and Geopark Way. Opposite the driveway there is a public footpath taking you across the filed to the lanes and a plethora of public footpaths and possible cycle routes.

There are many places to visit in the area, Great Witley Court, Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb, Cob House Countryside Park, The Wichenford Dovecot and many more English Heritage and National Trust sites. Please check out our guidebook that we are continually adding to. We are located about 7 miles from Worcester City with its superb river walks and many eating houses and in the opposite direction Bromyard with its far reaching Downs leading onto the City of Hereford.

You are not far from Cheltenham, Gloucester, the Cotswolds, Tewkesbury, Bewdley, Ironbridge, Birmingham to name just a few! Our extensive guidebook is continually being updated so please keep checking back.

The property benefits from extensive off road on site parking, ideal if you are partaking in the Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb and need to park cars and trailers for the event.
The property is very private having fields to 2 sides.

Cleaning can be organised during your stay should you require by our cleaner who is self employed. If you would like to arrange this with Amber directly, please let us know and we can forward her number. It is better to pay Amber directly rather than through us to save admin charges

The garden is grassed and fenced with stock fencing, there are gates to the main road that you can close if you should wish. There is wire on the gates to try to prevent dogs running through however, we cannot guarantee that a dog will not push through and it is, as always, your responsibility to keep your dog safe and under control at all times.

The beautiful Malvern Hills can be seen from the bungalow, Malvern is proud of its famous adopted son Elgar, and the Elgar Trail takes in his birthplace at Broadheath (3 miles away) to his final nursing home in Worcester. Renowned for its pure Spring Water, Malvern also hosts a lively Festival and Fringe each May and has a Priory described as the finest parish church in England.
It is just a short distance to visit local landmarks such as Worcester for its Cathedral and Royal Porcelain Museum, Upton upon Severn for the charming traditional pubs and Jazz Festival in June, Bromyard for September's Folk Festival and Ledbury for its quaint black and white buildings and spectacular Eastnor Castle.

Don't miss the Cathedral at Hereford with its ancient Mappa Mundi and the excellent Cider Museum.

For a memorable day out, car enthusiasts can enjoy a guided tour around The Morgan Car Visitor Centre, where you can witness the hand making of a Morgan car from start to finish. You can even hire a brand-new Morgan for the day. Shelsley Walsh Speed Hill Climb is just a 10-minute drive away.

The bungalow is only a half hour drive from The Three Counties Showground. This is a fantastic venue for the many events taking place through the year, including The RHS Spring Flower Show, The Autumn Quilt Show, The Royal Three Counties Show, The Firework Spectacular and plenty more.

Within an hour's drive from the bungalow you can also visit the rolling hills of the Costwold countryside, Hereford, Bullring Birmingham which offers fantastic shopping and leisure activities, the Birmingham NEC exhibition centre and Stratford-upon-Avon. All these attractions can conveniently be reached via the motorway. Tewkesbury holds a Tuesday Market. The local public house also hosts a Farmers Market the 2nd Sunday of the month (Talbot @ Knightwick) just a 5 min drive or follow the Worcestershire Way down the hill.

There are numerous English Heritage and National Trust Properties locally and the stunning autumn colours of the Teme Valley from every window can be a delight, not to mention the panoramic views from the patio in the summer! Bluebells, primroses and daffodils in the spring and in the winter, the views hidden by summer leaves become visible through the branches of the trees stretching for miles.

The most fantastic fishery is located at Cob House (Cob House Countryside Park) a 5 minute drive, hosting weekday and weekend matches but also tranquil fishing on the old Victorian Ponds. There are many more local fisheries in the area.

For the kids there is the West Midlands Safari Park at Bewdley, the Severn Valley Railway running from Kidderminster to Bridgenorth, the Wyre Forest where they can run around and let off steam or enjoy the Go Ape. Cob House Countryside Park has animals to visit (free entry) and a café to enjoy breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake. Check out their website for school holiday events. The Odeon and Vue Cinemas in both Worcester and Hereford, Malvern Theatre and the Swan Theatre in Worcester. The list is endless of what this area has to offer!
