This house is 25min (15.3mil) away from Sebring Raceway. As you can see, fishing, boating, hunting, aviation and automotive activities are just at the door!

The space
When you park in the driveway, the retreat begins. Sunsets are marvelous when you can enjoy them outdoors. This property is the perfect set for that when you see the gorgeous porch. Opening the house door, takes you to the open concept that holds the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Two large windows allow lots of natural lighting to make the space brighter.

Living Room: Having enough space to accommodate family, friends, guests, or coworkers, is extremely important to enjoy quality time together. The large sectional is the perfect sofa to watch movies in the 65” TV and entertain your group.

Kitchen & Dinning: The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all cooking utensils. It makes you feel like you are at home because it has everything you may need to make your stay more pleasant. There are pots, cutting boards, knives, forks, spoons, glasses, plates, etc... The dining room has a farm table that not only meets your dining needs, but you can have fun with some board games as well.

Main Bedroom: The king size bed is super comfortable. There’s enough natural lighting coming through the two windows located in different sides of the wall. It has double closets and the master bathroom is attached.

Second & Third Bedroom: These two rooms are located on the right side of the hallway. They both have a window and a closet. The second bedroom has a full size bed with the same size trundle bed. This one can accommodate up to 4 guests. The third bedroom has a twin size bed.

Bathroom: At the beginning of the hallway, you’ll fine the first bathroom on the left. This one has a bath. The second one is attached to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have single vanity with storage cabinet and small windows.

Guest access
The property is 0.33 acres entirely for your party. Front and backyard are dedicated to you for some outdoor activities. You have two driveways to accommodate all cars in your retreat. The whole house and the garage are just for your stay. In this way, you have the privacy you need to relax and enjoy.
