Charming fully updated condo in a quiet beach community. Amazing location! Walk to beaches, shopping and restaurants! 2 bed, 2 bath condo in a small 8-unit boutique complex. Spacious unit fully remodeled with heated pool overlooking a quiet park. Enjoy the beach after a short stroll through the park and then 150 steps to the white sand! Has all the amenities that you will need!

The space
Inside you will find the master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the screened-in porch overlooking the park. The 2nd bedroom is large and bright with a twin bed & twin/full bunk with access to the porch overlooking the pool. The newly updated kitchen has all the amenities that you will need including a Keurig coffee maker. The spacious family room boasts a large comfy seating area with sofa bed, access to the porch, smart TV with cable & board games!

Relax in one of the 2 private screened-in porches with outdoor seating.

You will have access to 2 assigned covered parking spaces and a storage unit with a beach wagon, umbrella, toys & chairs.
