Bold interior design in this newly renovated pad with a beautiful canal and dock in delray. Step in the front door and immediately you see the large windows looking out onto the water in the back. This is true to Delray Beach with all its charm.

Now pop on a movie on the big 75 inch Smart TV screen, rest your head on the comfy beds, shower under the rainfall fixtures and truly unwind in a Delray-geous getaway.

Just 6 minutes to the beach or Delray's amazing nightlife and restaurants.

The space
The kitchen is brand new with beautiful Incredible Hulk cabinetry, Oreo cookie counter tops and Samsung appliances.
The lattes, cappacinos and machiattos from the Breville Creatista + Nespresso machine are quite delicious.
The bathrooms are newly remodeled with luxurious rainfall shower heads. Much of the super comfy furniture in the living room is from Article. Light fixtures are from West Elm. The 75 inch Smart TV is perfect for binging your favorite show and catching that flick you've been wanting to watch.

Perhaps the best part of BADadvice is the serenity of the water. Having your cappuccino in the morning, with your iPad, Laptop or diving into your favorite book. We're jealous writing this.

Florida is a tropical place, we share our home with beautiful wildlife. Please be sure to keep windows and doors closed at all times to prevent lizards, iguanas, ducks and other unwanted friends from entering the house.

45 minutes north of Miami lies Delray Beach, a town you can easily fall in love with. The restaurants are top notch. The nightlife is tons of fun. The people are all beautiful. Delray Beach was named the most fun small town in America by USA Today. It's got that Miami flare and pizazz but also a welcoming-quaint-and-quirky- small-town-vibe.

BADadvice is located about 6 minutes away from downtown in a nice family friendly neighborhood. You'll see many families biking and running together and folks walking their pets. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I decided move to the area after vacationing here one time! Although that sounds crazy, and it was sure spontaneous, it’s really a testament to how amazing this area really is! After our first night in Delray Beach in 2014, we knew we had to live here. It just felt like home. And after we got home to New York, we planned a second trip to figure out logistics. A lot of people are lured by the glitz of Miami but for us, we just love the feel of Delray Beach’s Atlantic Avenue. We also really fell in love with the beach as well. Growing up, My best friends family owned two timeshares in the Carolinas so I always tagged along on vacations with them. Vacation rentals always housed a lot of fun memories for me. One trip, our school vacation time didn’t jive, so I could not join them on the getaway, but they got me a souvenir anyway. A magnet that read “Everyone is entitled to my opinion!” And for a highly verbal only child, I can say unequivocally, that things haven’t changed since! Little did I know that my passion for telling everyone who will listen about where I think they should eat or go, would serve me well into adulthood! Being a host is such an amazing gift. We love sharing our home with others and all that South Florida has to offer. My goal is to provide you with an incredible experience.
