The space
Recently renovated top to bottom with new flooring, paint, decor, and bedding. Inside you will find everything you need to feel right at home, or better yet, on vacation! This very clean, comfortable, and fun home has Wi-Fi throughout and living room with Smart TV’s in each room w/ Netflix, fully-stocked kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. 1st Floor Master bedroom is fully furnished with a comfy queen mattress. 2 furnished bedrooms located upstairs, 1 bedroom has a queen mattress and other bedroom has twin mattress bunk beds. Laundry area with full size washer/dryer. Large private fenced in backyard. Surf City / Topsail Beach just a short 5-10 minute drive away. Close to military bases, only 5 minute drive to back gate of Camp Lejeune, 10 minutes to Stones Bay and about 20 minutes to New River Air Station.

Pack Light! Cooler, beach chairs and towels provided at cottage for trip to the beach!

Close to many local restaurants and Crooked Lotus Taproom.

We do NOT actively surveillance it.

Please note we have a no animals policy! We some times make considerations for guests with animals but unless previously discussed we do charge a $300 non-refundable animal fee for guests who bring animals without our knowledge!


We EXPLICITLY DO NOT allow animals to be left unattended at any point in time during your stay and must be supervised and under the control of their handler at all times even when crated or kenneled they are not to be left alone in the home at any point in time!

We do allow service animals but require that they not be left alone in the home and should always be under the control of their handler, kept off of the furniture & beds, and any waste left in the yard, accidents in the house, damages to the house , damaged or stained, furniture, flooring, carpets, & bedding, or excessive animal fur are the responsibility of the service animals handler and will incur charges that any guest would for the same issues! We as hosts strive to accommodate disabled persons as best as we can per the ADA & FHA!
