1) You will receive a link to complete a renters agreement. This is non-negotiable. Failure to complete this step within 1 week will result in cancellation of the booking.

2) Dogs are welcome with pet deposit.
3) NO parties OR having more than the max guests for the listing at the house at any given time. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation and eviction without refund.
4) No check out's on major federal holidays. You may be asked to alter your reservation to the day before or after.
5) Be mindful of Quiet hours 10pm-6am
6) We understand the importance of a tidy home and respect our cleaning staff. Please be kind to them. Be aware that leaving behind any bodily fluids for our cleaning crew to clean will incur a $500 cleaning charge.
7) No smoking or vaping inside or you will be asked to leave and charged the total cost for restoration and removal of the smell.
8) Unless you have pre-arranged a late check out, to ensure our cleaning team can prepare the home for incoming guests, we may charge a $50 fee for every 20 minutes past the checkout time if guests remain in the property.
9) There are a few homes in the neighborhood being built and will occasionally have construction during the day.
10. NO GLITTER, CONFETTI OR DYE: Glitter and confetti is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules
