This top floor apartment is the perfect place to work and explore Providence. There are three separate private bedroom sleeping areas plus a twin trundle and living room futon. No matter where you choose to lay your head you’re sure to have a great night’s sleep.
The largest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and features nightstands that easily allow device charging with USB or electric. It is close to the full bathroom with walk-in shower and features a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Black out curtains insure a great night sleep.
The second bedroom has one double bed with a closet for luggage storage. All bedrooms have plenty of pillows and outlets to charge devices.
The study can serve as a 3rd bedroom and has full size day bed with a twin trundle underneath should an extra guest appear. The charming round windowed area features a cozy chair and laptop table in case you need to check in at the office.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including two assigned parking spaces in the on premises lot. Please make yourself at home! Wifi is available at high-speed to allow easy device use and streaming.
Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Treat our apartment with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Please note that the property is in an urban neighborhood and comes with two on premise assigned parking spaces. Onstreet parking is limited. Overnight on street parking requires a resident’s permit. Please inquire if a guest permit is available.
House rules acknowledgment, a list of guests, and a copy of the renter's photo id may be required upon booking. No pets are permitted to stay.
Please pay attention to the cancellation policy. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are staying for vacation to protect your trip in the event of an unforeseen cancellation. It is inexpensive and protects your vacation investment.
Other things to note
Providence is an easy access city via I95 and just 20 minutes from Green Airport. Uber/Lyft are readily available as well.
