Welcome to Alpine Acres, your mountain retreat at the base of Mount Hood with a hot tub. This spacious 2,400-sq-ft home sits on 2.5 acres with beautiful mountain views and room to relax. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it’s perfect for families and groups. Enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, and skiing on Mount Hood, plus restaurants and the waterfront in nearby Hood River. A great home base for exploring the Hood River Fruit Loop, wineries, and local farms.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is centrally located in Hood River valley to everything you could possibly explore.

In the Summer- a short drive to the Hood River waterfront and the beauty of the river and all of its activities.

Many wineries surround the house like Wy’East, Grateful, Mt. Hood and a local favorite, Stave & Stone.

If it is fruit you are after then your in luck, less than 5 minutes away is Draper Girls fruit stand and orchard, Packer Orchards and Foxtail Cider and Distillery.

In the Winter- escape the traffic getting to the ski resorts, HWY 35 is a direct line to the resorts without all the hassle of sitting in traffic. Mount Hood Meadows is right up the hill, about a 25 minute drive.

If it’s sledding your after, there are multiple snow parks within 15 minutes to spend a day in a winter wonderland- Little John, White River, Tilly Jane, Cooper Spur, to name a few.

You will never run out of activity to do close to the house, or food to try. However, if it’s relaxation you are after just sit on the porch and enjoy the view of majestic Mount Hood.
